Is there an advantage to splitting doses?

4 iu. Should I do 2 am 2 pm or all 4 at once? Obviously it's easier just once per day.

i do 5iu/ed all at once in the morning as soon as I wake up. It's probably better split but it still works good for me.

There's no advantage to splitting it unless you're running high dosages and want to avoid the negative sides. No point in splitting 4iu IMO.

Im planning to get up to 8 at some point. At what dose do you recommend splitting?

I would definitely split 8iu. The CTS and insulin resistance isn't worth it.

I agree. Most people dont realize how bad this really is.
I'm a diabetic and i cant do over 4iu a day and keep my blood sugar under control. Also i have to inject before bed so there is no food in my system
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

GH causes you to be insulin resistant especially for the immediate time around when you pin. That's why you shouldn't consume carbs an hour before or after your shot as it can cause very high blood glucose levels.

Wow this is the first I hear of this. I've been drinking pineapple juice and eating oatmeal and berries immediately after shots.

Gh causes your body to not be as sensitive to insulin. So if your body doesnt use the insulin properly you will get hypergly***ia. Hypergy***ia over long periods can give other health issues. I dont know of any BBers that really check there glucose level unless they are using insulin.
That is why its recommended not to eat carbs with in an hour of taking hgh.

You should stop. Maybe Gix will chime in again as he monitors his glucose levels and can speak from first hand experience but it's a fact that GH does cause insulin resistance and eating especially high GI carbs can be dangerous. That's why pros/advanced users that take really high doses of GH take insulin as well.

For me the resistance lasts hours. THats why i do my injection right before bed. So i would def say an hour minimum for no carbs. The longer the better.

i wouldnt necessarily change your whole diet at this point. If you are concerned pick up a glucose meter. They are like $20 and test yourself a few times through out the day and see where you are at. If you are having issues then you could adjust diet or add in slin.

I pin first thing upon waking and wait an hour to eat or when I hit the head at about 4am and then pin again right before bed when I'm running a high dose. That way you're avoiding carbs as much as possible.

I've been meaning to get a blood glucose meter and am stupid for not already having done it.
