    What it do,everyone?

Hello, everyone. For those of.you keeping track ive been browsing the site to make sure it was legit before I went and wasted my time introducing myself. Very impressed with all the info available but I gotta admit its all starting to get confusing. I hope in the future I can get to know some of you ( the ones that know what they talking about), and start to make sense of all of this info.
Anyway, I am a 30 year old male who has worked out off and on for most of my ADULT life. For the last three years I have been pretty solid at the gym. In the last year I have bumped my workouts up to very very aggressive. I saw almost instant results from that however they have tapered off. I am 215 lbs. No idea what my b/f is and to be honest don't really care. I like the added extra wieght. Bench is up to 345 along with my deadlifts. Square around 280.
I am very interested in improving.my game. I do not compete which you can.probably tell by my stats but I do want more. I will end up using as soon as I can not only find legit safe gear but also feel confident I know what I am doing. Again I hope I find that here.
I am on a every 3 hour diet that I trainer put me on, consisting of food I cant stand. But I feel good so I keep it. Happily married with children and wanting more. I found you or this site through HOURS of roaming the web looking for research studies and non-biased information. Where I live doesn't really matter. But I need to be careful and safe.
After reading all sorts of posts and seeing all of the taboo others are posting, I hope this intro was up to par. If I left anything out or anyone has any questions ii welcome them. I'm on everyday trying to learn more.

Welcome to the board. We are all different and therfore respond differently to aas. Everyone has developed their opinion by what works best for them and that's one reason things can seem confusing.

Welcome bro, yeah I get what you're saying about wanting to make your intro up to par... alot of guys get on here without a brain to finger filter and type what ever is on their mind. For what it's worth, I think your intro was right on par (not that my opinion really matters) and you'll find alot of people on here who are receptive to educated questions. Best of luck.
