It probably contains EO, which melts plungers and makes them stick.

    Didn't know that about EO..

Would it not be recommended to use EO in Test Prop for a "less painful" injection? Just saw a good recipe for this here..

About how long once the pin is loaded before it starts to melt/stick?

Well it appeared to happen instantly to my plunger. As soon as i loaded it it was stiff. Then put it in another barrel and same again

Probably defect syringe. If it happened after you stuck the needle into your muscle then it may be scar tissue, happened to me too.

I dont know the science behind this, but i find that if i heat the gear slightly when its in barrell by holding it under warm water then it makes for slightly smoother injection

As Dan said heat the stuff in the barrell,You can keep the pin on that you draw up with on and heat it in a jug of warm water 2 or 3 minutes then remove and dry and change the pin , When you heat the steriods the oil that its in heats up and the viscosity changes thining the oil and making it easier to flow
