My food is as followed, it ranges from 2500 to 3500 cals. I find if I eat more than that I accumulate fat around the guts, and I also cycle my carbs for this reason....
Meal one 2 full eggs plus 3/4 cup egg whites and veg
Meal two 200k to 300 grams of chicken or turkey
Post workout is when protein isolate, banana
Meal three(1st post workout meal) 200g white fish and veg
Meal four 200g to 300 grams of chicken or turkey
Meal five 200k to 300 grams of chicken or turkey
Meal six 2 full eggs plus 3/4 cup egg whites and veg plus 8 Brazil nuts
I then cycle in carbs every 4 or 5 days in the form of 1 cup oats or Quinoa which also boosts calories on those days. I'll do this for 24 to 48 hrs or until I get spillage (smooth out) .
