Okay a few questions, I am taking trenbolone and working out a lot.
Anyways, I am looking to get ripped more than huge and bulky. So I will not be doing steroids for a very long period of time.
I was wondering what my diet should consist of.
Body:
Weight: 165
Height: 5'10"
BF: 13% Give or Take
If I am wanting to lose a little weight and still gain good amount of muscle what would you suggest? Please help me out. Like I mean how many calories should I eat and how much protein? I have whey protein powder so don't worry about that.
