again they supplements and its your diet that will allow you to grow

you can take anything and if ur diet isnt up to scratch you will get little to no gains

if your diet is poor and you improve it, you will see dramatic gains for first 6 or so months

if you are only getting your diet dialled in now then you need to train for 2-3 years min and build up a good base before you consider running anything
