Finally got my new diet plan, let me know what you guys think... I haven't worked out total calories, but guessing around 3200-3500
7.00am 1 cup oats, 6 egg whites, 2 fish oil caps, 1 multivitamin
8.35am 1 can tuna
10am 200-250 grams chicken breast, 100 grams sweet potato, 100 grams broccoli
11.45 protein shake
1.00pm same as 10am with 2 fish oil caps
3.00pm protein bar or can of tuna
4.00pm pre training, 100 grams sweet potato
5.30pm post training,40 grams protein + 80 grams carbs in a shake
6.30pm 250 grams chicken breast or red meat of fish with 100 grams broccoli, 2 fish oil caps
8.30-9.00pm 6 egg whites
10.30 casein shake
Main goal is lean bulk..
