Provirone !!!! Confused?????

Hey all

I have noticed that when I or anyone else asks about proviron, there are no responses, is there a reason for this????? I am using Proviron to stop conversion of test to estrogen and have previously asked when do i stop the proviron and start my pct I have nolva and clomid on hand. starting week 6 of my cycle taking 750mg of test e a week with 40mg of dianabol ed and 50mg of proviron ed. I have stopped the dbol now, so will only be taking 750mg of test e for the next 5 weeks, when do i stop the proviron, do any of you belive that proviron can be used as an ai during cycle? here is a piece of an article on proviron that i got from this website:

So lets go back to the comparison with being some sort of "Oral Masteron"& basically since Proviron is 5-alpha reduced and not capable of forming estrogen, and also has a very high affinity for binding to the aromatase enzyme (the enzyme responsible for converting all that good testosterone in your body into all that nasty estrogen). That means if you choose to take proviron with testosterone (and I know you wouldnt even be doing a cycle without including some form of testosterone) and/or any aromatizable steroid, it should actually serve to prevent estrogen build up by the aforementioned binding to the aromatase enzyme, which prevents aromatase from doing its dirty work and making a bunch of estrogen out of the other steroids you are taking. It should also be noted that Proviron also binds very well to SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin& a hormone responsible for reducing the amount of circulating free testosterone in your body)(1). As a matter of fact, in the last study I read, it bound to SHBG better than any other drug studied. Also, Id like to note that Proviron bound to the Anabolic Receptor better than any oral anabolic (except for the insanely toxic MethylTrienolone), having an ability to bind to the AR better then testosterone, but not as well as Nandrolone (1). Unfortunately, as we know, DHT also has a high affinity for binding to receptors in the scalp and prostate, causing some possible nasty side effects, like male pattern baldness and prostate enlargement. Its important to remember that DHT and DHT derived compounds are used quite successfully to treat gynocomastia, and in this area, Proviron is no different.

In short Proviron is an androgen. I personally stop Proviron 1 week (7 days) prior to the start of PCT, however
Proviron can be used for PCT IMO because it raises your LH or Leutenizing Hormone levels which causes your Testicles to produce Test.

If you would have continued reading, you would have found all the answers you were looking for.

Thanks bud, i am very gyno prone, im six weeks in and been taking the proviron @ 50mg ED, honestly it feels like im getting a tiny bump under my right nipple, is a little sensitive, starting to doubt the proviron effects on gyno. Is a tiny bump directly underneath the nipple a sign of gyno, I had the same thing my last cycle, stopped at week 7 started the clomid and nolvadex and it went away, my last cycle i didnt use proviron. Could anyone help with the gyno question, could the little ball under my nipple be the start of gyno?

If i were you I would get an AI like Arimidex and start .5-1mg daily while on cycle. Is the bump painful??? I always get bumps or small knots under my nipples during cycles. I only address it if it becomes tender or painful, but it always goes away. Take 40-60mg per day of Nolvadex for 7-10 days and see if that helps. If it goes away then I would assume its Gyno related, if it stays then your nolvadex is fake and your going to have gyno or it could bee all in your head. Most guys new to aas sike themselves into thinking they have gyno when they really dont. I know I thought this way.

yeah i could imagine it could be in my head lol but the bump is definitely there, its a little sore if i push on it but not all the time. I managed to get Arimidex from the family pharmacist, just damn expensive, atleast its real. I will start with the arimidex tonight taking .5mg every night and see if it helps, can I carry on with the proviron at 50mg every day? I took nolvadex 40mg last night for the first time but seeing that i was able to get the adex will stop the nolva and keep it for pct.

not much to add that hasn't already been covered, but if i were you and "gyno prone", i would certainly include minimum 10mg/day nolva in EVERY cycle from now on.

Proviron is not a substitute for an ai. If you are gyno prone especially you should have ran an ai from the start.

^^^^ This.... while it may have some effect..... it wont help you all that much especially if you're gyno prone.

why do some play around with gyno.

i never understand why people shy away from ai..

and hearing it affects gains does not qualify as an answer considering the other side is getting tits and eventually surgery..

Dont think anyone wants to play around with gyno my man, with so many opinions it is pretty difficult to do a cycle 100%. I read about proviron and did so much research and it really sounded like it doesnt allow test to convert to estrogen and makes the test more useful as well, I honestly didnt think there was a chance id get any gyno sides, and im glad this happened in a way because i am learning and I will definitely use adex or aromasin in all future cycles, we learn as we go.
