Fellas due to the fact people are telling me to hold off on gear for a while, and also due to the fact I can't find any I have decided that I might try a ph stack of S ROID and H ROID. I have read some very good things on the results of them etc. I have ran Ph's before, I ran 3 testoxo with 5 deca zol got great results. I would add in some milk thistle and I have HCG on hand, would this be a good idea to run during my cycle, I am asking because I have read that some people get gyno while using S ROID, so I need your input here. What would you recommend my HCG dosing be during the cycle and after if I need it? I currently use HCG 2x aw at 60 units. If you think this is a poor supplement and there were any better alternatives please let me know I would appreciate that a lot guys look forward to your thoughts and critiques.
I also use uric acid formula, adrenal, danazol, anastozole, D3, multi v, liothyronine. whey, casein, creatine mono, glutamine, DAA, BCAA
Eating is as follows-
Morning- Whey + Glutamine + DAA
Breakfast- 6 egg white + 2 whole eggs + 2 slices ezekiel bread + PB + Chicken Breast
Snack- Protein Pudding + Salad/Fruit +cottage cheese
Lunch- Salad + Chicken/Steak/Burger (one of these) + vegetable, + nuts
Pre W- BCAA's
post W- Whey + Creatine
Dinner- Steak/Chicken/Beef + Vegetables + Potatoes/Rice + fruit + cottage Cheese
B4 Bed- Shake w/ Casein + Glutamine
