First I would like to say I am 24, and I have been working out for 3+ years.
I think i have reached my natural potential so I have invested in the following things:
1. Test-e (300 mg a week)
2. Dbol 20-25 mg a day
3. Arimidex 0.5 mg a day
Cycle for 8 weeks
PCT: Nolvadex
Heres some stats about myself:
205 pounds, 14% fat
Average daily diet:
Meal one = Oatmeal, skim milk, and banana
Meal two = 3 eggs whites, 2 full eggs, 2 slices of wholegrain/flax bread, glass of choco milk
Meal three (post workout) = Whey protein shake, 2-2.5 cups of brown rice, 3-5 cups of lettuce
Meal four = Typical lean meat (chicken, pork, etc), 2-3 cups of veggies, mass amounts of lettuce
Meal five (before bed 2-3 hours) = 4 tablespoons of cottages cheese, 1 table spoon almond butter, 1 table spoon natty pb
If anything here could be critiqued / changed that would be great.
