    will bcaa's keep you awake?

I lift at night after work. Been wanting to use this purple wraath but afraid it may make me restless after?

I take purple wraath and it doesn't give me any of the side effects of stims. I get a little tingly if I take it before fasted cardio, but it's a tingle...not a jitter. If that makes sense. Other than fasted cardio...I don't feel a thing.

Lifting at night in general has an effect on my sleep. I have never noticed BCAA's having any effects

How do you guys take bcaa's on off days? Is it ok to just drink it through out the day.
