Hey fellas im about to strart a test/winny cycle (1st time using winny) & just wondering when is the best time to take the tabs for best results? They are 10mg tabs & I'l be running 50mg aday
I was thinking maybe,
1 tab when i wake up
1 tab at lunch
1 tab 1hr before workout (late afternoon)
1 tab before bed
or..
2 tabs in the morning
2 tabs 1hr before workout
1 tab before bed?
how does that look any advice apprecaiated...
