Planning on starting a Test only Cycle 500 for 8/10 weeks, not a fan of stacking so i can pin point where side effects are coming from.

also ill have on hand clomid & tamoxifen, do i really need clomid?

Stats:
Hight 5 8"
65 KG
age: 23 ( i know too young, but my choice)
Diet: Good

please let me know what you think.

But more importantly your diet isnt "good"
If your diet is good and you train right you would be over 143lbs at 5'8. If you dont fix your diet you will barely grow on cycle and will loose what little you gain. You need food to grow. 20cc's of liquid arent going to make muscles out of nothing

okey here you, my exact diet.

Meal1: 1 cup of Oats, 1 scoop Protein Shake
Meal 2: Small amount of Brown Rice, 1 Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Asparagus
Pre Training: NO2.
Post Training: 1.5 scoops Protein Shake + Dextrose
Meal 3: Beef/Kangaroo/Fish, Sweet Potato and Broccoli
Meal 4: Chicken/ Tuna Salad
Meal 5: 4 Eggs (closer to comp 3 Egg Whites and 1 whole Egg)
Meal 6: Max’s Nightime Shake

its not always the same food.

well there isnt portion sizes or whats in a shake. But yes you dont eat enough

Meal 5 is only 16 grams of protein and not even 200 calories.

I think you are on point about starting out with only one compound, but feel your off point on duration. i would NEVER rec less then 12 weeks of teste, to me any less would be worthless/pointless and stull putting yoru body through the rollercoaster of horomonal BS. i feel 14weeks should be the standerd.
not sure where you saw guys running teste for 8 weeks, but it takes me 3-4 weeks just to START to notice any effects, and any gains.

its just a wast to run 8-10wks in my op. if it was due ot things out of your hands, then sure, better than nothing. but as a planned cycle. no way.

Then 3000k isnt enough for you to grow and add weight. There is no 2 ways around that. I would post in the nutrition section and get a good diet before you do anything.
if 3000k is enough for you to weigh 145lbs then nothing is going to change that.

your kind of young, but other then that YOUR NOT READY , and YOUR DIET IS NOT good.

and at how much you waigh, you have no bizz using ANY sory of steroid, until you build a strong base to avoid injury.

not what you want to hear, and your probibly gonna ignore it and do what you want/hear what you want, but when you look back remember our input when you asked, and should have listined.

just step back and tak tiem learning and training, your not ready weather you like it or not...

I dont adhere to the exact same guidelines as everyone else about when you should or shouldnt take your first cycle(As far as age). I would say that it really depends on the person. I hate to beat a dead horse, but at 5 ft 8in you should weigh more and not need gear to do so. I hate to beat a dead horse, but until you figure out diet. You should have your diet to the point you can control an increase or decrease in weight before you use anything.
I took a cycle of test e at 24, but didnt have all the kinks of my diet worked out. It had a great affect until after the cycle when those little kinks took me right back to square one. There is no gospel to the human body, but I would say don't waste your money until you know the fine details of your diet.

Im new so take it or leave it. Just been there done that.

You should not take nolva or clomid cause you should not cycle. If you want to keep more gains, then grow naturally first. No offense but 143 I would be eating a cow everyday if it was me.

i was like 160 - i did a cut diet and am on about 9 - 10% body fat. so am at my lightest.

5'8 and 160 and 10% is still on the small size.
There is no reason to use steroids at your size. Steroids are to break platues and genetic potential. You want to use steroids to get to average size.

I'm not being a dick but you are the same size as my nephew. He works out about 5 days a week, he is the school quaterback and 15 years old.

Even 160 bro is fairly light weight. Not saying anyone late weight should not cycle, but you should try to get more natural gains so you can keep your gains. What is the point of cycling and gaining let's say 15 lbs then losing all 15. Not saying you will but its possible

buddy, i am same height and have low testosterone and was still able to pull off over 170 lbs of lean body mass, yeah I got a little fat, but at your age with good test i was able to get my body weight well over 180 with very little body fat naturally, and that was with only a year of training from weighing 145 lbs. My point is you should be able to get a lot of gains without steroids, why waste the great gains you could have in the future to get some crappy gains now that you could get just as easily progress naturally if not better as you would better understand your body and know what it really takes to make it grow.

15% bf is not bad at all. And congrats on getting up to 190. that is not easy

Congrats man, I know how tough it can be. It took me almost a year to eat my way to from 190-200 lbs. (I'm 6' though) however 200-210 came easy once I got the hang of things.

you click that and you make your own page with a title and questions.

Do alot of research befor you even THINK of acualyl using any sort of steroid.

tip:
oral only cycles are not good.
orals are toxic.\
always have a test base, even if its just a HRT amount of test, in every cycle orals or no orals.
