    First Cycle: How Much Dbol Should I Take & When?

    Okay I am going to be taking test e with dbol, I was wondering, since it's my first cycle, how much dbol mg should I take a day? I will be taking it by tablets, if that makes a difference. Thanks!

    I am buying them from a trusted place, they come in 60 tablets per pack. But they have a pack with 60 tablets that each have 10mg and another packet that has 60 tablets of 50mg tabs.

    Which would you prefer?

    For a first cycle, not to use any orals. But you're also only 170lbs and you want to run a cycle? You need to learn how to eat first.

    Well you don't think it's wise to use dbol to jump start it all? I'm appreciating your advice, don't get me wrong, but if I do chose to still run dbol as well what would you suggest? How many mgs?

    What does your diet look like? Give me specifics (frequency of meal, what you're eating, portions & calories).

    Agreed Personally i stand by Diet is the key to building muscle, you need juice in the tank.

    6-8 meals/shakes daily

    3000+ cal
    Crabs = energy and size so don't be scared
    1g of Protein per pound of body weight
    keeping Sat fat low will keep Body fat down

    Try this first
    EG Soreen(malt loaf) is great bulker
    cal 680
    low fat 5g
    protein 18G
    carbs 130G

    Try one a day, ofc gym and you will see gains in weight and strength

    You were already told not to cycle because you are too young and you have atleast 5 threads now. Stick to only one. Remove steroids from your vocabulary and seek to improve your dieting and training. Anything you gain you will lose after your cycle because of lack of proper nutrition.
