    Scary couple of minutes

So I did my first quad injection about 15minutes ago...I have hit both delts already and decided to give quad a go. From now on it is only delts and glutes for me. So the first two injections a buddy of mine did em for me and I had 0 problems. So this is how it went...I put the needle up against the middle but more to the side of my right quad...I started putting some pressure and in about a minute it was finally in...(its tough that first time convincing yourself that youre putting a hole in your body lol)...after no pain at all it entered all the way in and it took me about a minute to get all the oil in...I pulled out and there was some blood in the syringe...all I could think was oooo f*******k I just injected 2cc of test e directly into my bloodstream...so I went for a smoke and here I am 20mins later still alive! Really pumped about that...I did aspirate but it was still scary as hell...which brings me to two questions...1) if by chance you accidentally, which should never happen, but hypothetically speaking inject directly into a vein would the steroids still work properly? 2) how long would it take for me to realize that I had done this and what would the effects be? thanks

if you injected into a vein you would know in seconds.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

that can happen anywhere. No need to avoid the quads

you would feel like you couldn't breathe properly and your lungs would hurt, you start coughing a bit too...but apparently you feel it right away and it only lasts like 5-10 minutes...i wonder if that were to happen would the steroids work properly still as if you hadi njected them into the muscle?

bro stop worrying ur fine. Everything went correct. The blood was just from the piercing of the new skin. Dont worry same thing happened to me yesterday i pulled out and had the tiniest bit of blood in the syringe. Its just from the piercing. Your fine

Not totally true, the blood could be from him hitting a vein on his way in or out. Obviously he didnt inject into a vein but he could of clipped one . As far as the op worrying about putting a "hole" in your body your not. Its a slice. The needle has a bevelled edge, it slices in it doent act like a hole punher. Also i use to body pierce and this was a common mis perception, ppl thought we were actually removing skin and tissue and really we were just slicing through it. And It must of been pretty painfull slowly pushing on the needle till it went in a minute later.. just be quick , strong, steady jab and its over.

i agree with what you said up untill the point of jamming the needle in i one quick thrust...i personaly like to know if im hitting a nerve and weather or not i want to continue pushing or relocate the shot...have you not hit a nerve before and noticed the post injection pain to be greater than normal?...

Gonna have to agree with ghetto... I do it slow too... it doesn't take me a minute but about 10 to 15 seconds...

Sorry i should of been clearer, when i say a quick jab i mean i dont ***** foot around breaking through the skin. Once the tip of the needle is in i continue to slowly insert it, and if i feel a nerve i re adjust the tip . I jus tmeant it must of been pretty painfull tryin to pierce the skin for a minute lol, i stretch the skin tight and put the dam thing in.

I have always used the glute. Never tried anywhere else. Seems like my left glute has less sensitivity than the right side. I have had zero problems using a 22gauge 1 1/2" pin.

you just went through a vein. dont trip your fine and yes it will still work. if you inject into a vein you wiull feel it hit your lungs and feel like shit for a few minutes.

You have a much better chance hurting yourself from smoking than you do intramuscular injections
You'll make even better gains if you quit.

Try this one, on like my 11 th pin in my right quad, i usually pinch the muscle and the skin, but when i let go and the needle still in me so i can aspirate and inject i could sometimes feel the needle move around and it would hurt, that time i hit a vein and when i let the pinch go it tore some of the muscle and the vein a bit, blood started to gush out and i was freaking out, but i manned up and got a new.needle and chose a different site, i feel that going in slower is safer and dont pinch the fat and muscle to hard cuz.you might experience what happemed to me, now i dont pinch at all, i just relax with a hot shower then insert slowly i think you feel the needle more but its better than having a panic attack that you just fvcked your self up...good luck next time.
