    pvl mutant mass

curious on you guys opinions on this weight gain shake.?

struggling to eat my daily intake of calories etc, so i need a good shake
    to boost my cal/prot/carb intake.

1000cal servings but thinking of halving them to 500 once in the morning
and 1 time after the gym just for a 1000 cal boost. everything else will come
from lean proteins, complex carbs and veggies etc.

Cheaper and better off making your own weight gain/mass shake using a blender. Here is an example
    12 oz lowfat milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoop protein powder. IMO really doesn't matter brand or if whey, cassin or milk/egg
1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter or cashew butter
    Fruit of your choice
1/4 to 1/2 cup raw oats.

sugary crap, dont waste your money. protein powder, milk and 80grms fine cut oats in a shaker, let it sit 10-15mins to soften the oats and then chug it down. best weight gainer you'll ever have and a fraction of the cost of those big bags of sugar
