So I've been playing with my diet the last few years, swinging between bulking and cutting etc. I've found I respond extremely well to keto style diets for cutting down. I find them easier to stick to, I look better especially after my carb up days, and I don't feel like murdering someone for a slice of pizza. I'm just continuing my ongoing research for a future cycle, probably won't be for a few years until I'm done school and can afford it with money from my big boy job.

My question is has anyone ever tried a high calorie cyclic ketogenic diet whilst on PCT? I'm talking about ~200 calories above maintenance. From my research it appears as those it could be effective if followed to a tee. The high protein and surplus calories will help stave off catabolism. The fats will help promote natural test production. Best of all your body will simply be burning nothing but fats potentially keeping the fat gain during post cycle to a minimum as cardio will be nill. As you finish post cycle and natty test levels return you can drop the calories add in cardio and begin cutting up. I'm thinking you would begin the diet two weeks before the test clears your system and have a carb up day just as you come off. And continue from there having a carb up day once a week or perhaps every four or five days for the first couple weeks of post cycle and slowly transition to once a week.

Anyways that's my two cents but I would love to hear some other opinions.
