Around 3year I finaly sussed a good diet my bf was 12% with skin fold calipers an 10% with Omron test il put a pic of legs up need to take 1 I do work them my calves are prob best
In the gym I do 90kg for comfatuble bench ,legs 120kg squat ,shoulder 30kg each arm cofatuble,deads 140kg 3x10 back anything from 60 kg upto 80 depend on exersice,arms 35kg comfy,tris are kinda week only 30kg on them cakes standing calf raise 140kg bearing in mind only been serious and wanted muscle n mass for past 8mnth over 2n half year was just to keep fit
