One of my friends told me about this stuff called Spark. I don't know if thats how you spell it but it sounds like that. I was wondering if anyone has heard of it or knows where i can pick some up. Its supposed to give you energy and be healthy for you.

Spark is made by Advocare and it is real big on the high school and college wrestling circuit. I used to take it when I was running low before and match and in a couple minutes I was off the wall. Here is the link to their site so you can check it out yourself.
