The only reason I ask is this. When I take it at 6:00am my heart rate jumps to 110bpm and stays there until noon. Then by 3 its at 80bpm. Im assuming that the clen is working better in the AM when I first take it. But if I split the dosage 60 mcg at 6am and 60 mcg at 12 will it still have the same effect?
Not sure what will be better in the long run for maximizing the fat burning potential.
