I did notice a very minor ache in the boys only on and off for a day or two, I'm not using HCG tho.

I get testicular pain all the time for no reason, sometimes they just hurt. Had them checked out a 100 times nothing wrong.
I would not worry about it..its probably nothing

make sure there isn't any unusual lump on your painful testis. feel around it to see. if you're not sure, or the pain gets worse, its good to just see a dr
