I want to run a 12 week test e only cycle for my first, at 250 mg e3d is hcg still ok? I want to run 500ius 2x a week sound ok? this cycle won't be for a while since I have diet and work to put in just want to be prepared, thanks.

i beleive 125ius-250ius twice a week is recommended by swifto. theres an excellent thread he made in the pct section. dont have enough posts to post links but find his pct/hcg sticky and the link is in there. a must read for any newbie (including myself)
