How do you know when you have plateaued?

So its a simple question really, how do you know when you've plateaued? By this I mean when you have hit a point in which you you have maxed out your lift weights and you can no longer get any bigger due to your own genetics. I know a lot of tards like to think they have plateaued when they can't increase their bench by a ton every week and they use it as an exuse to go on gear. So when does one actually know?

I know I already posted this in the workout forum but I just wanted to put it here also because this area of the forums gets a lot more traffic. I am going to get the other one deleted. I also think this question pertains to questions on AAS because I think someone should wait until their natural plateau before they use AAS.

ok that said, everyone gets to a point when they can no longer naturally gain (I believe). So diet in check, exercise good to go, how does when no when they have hit their limit?

I probably should have clarified this at the beginning. I am looking for a completely value neutral hypothetical answer to this question. Assuming someones diet is good, training ect when would one know they have plateaued?

Also my diet could for sure use some work I know it, I am really just curious about the answer to the original question.

Eventually, the body can only hold so much muscle, you would know this by training for years and meeting your maxes by having a high daily caloric intake and seeing where you max out and when you lose size immediately when not holding that level of caloric intake.

    All is relative to

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    BF%

Thats why this is asked so often........it all relates back to DIET. But if you are asking for a generalized question and saying your diet needs work, why else would you ask? Just for common knowledge?
