I have been reading up on gear for over a year and taking the jump.
I am 37 years old 5'8 210lbs stocky build not sure about bf % to be honest I am very strong good size (arms chest shoulders ect) I don't have a beach body, would like to lol. I am on a high protein low fat low carb diet for 2months now and I hit the gym 3 times a week, like to get there more but family, kids work I am lucky to get there that much lol
Suggestions would be appreciated
