hi there,i have been training for about 5 months now before i start i was 68 kg now i am at 78 ,never took steroids before i just eat four times a day and train 6 days in a week i take only 1 day off.
supplements i take optimum whey protin,optimum casiene and jack3d.
current stat 78 kg
174 cm
i dont know how much fat
age 24
please i need to know is i am going the correct way or i should do some changes
my target weigh is 85 hopfully i can get it in another 5 months
