    New to bodybuilding need help

    hi there,i have been training for about 5 months now before i start i was 68 kg now i am at 78 ,never took steroids before i just eat four times a day and train 6 days in a week i take only 1 day off.
    supplements i take optimum whey protin,optimum casiene and jack3d.

    current stat 78 kg
    174 cm
    i dont know how much fat
    age 24
    please i need to know is i am going the correct way or i should do some changes
    my target weigh is 85 hopfully i can get it in another 5 months

    Well go to nutrition section and read the stickies. I personally eat 6 times a day. You could eat 5-7 small meals a day, it helps with your metabolism.

    You would also need more rest days during a week atleast 1 more rest day. Post your workout to workout section so other member can help you with your personal workout and guide you.

    Also post your diet to nutrition section after reading the nutritional stickies ofc

    I also suggest going to the Nutrition Section and posting your stats and diet. They'll be more than happy to critique it for you if needed.
