Finally got my lazy butt on a diet - 2 weeks out

Hi guys, (not quite 2 weeks out from a show, but will be in Bali in 2 weeks and proposing to my gf)

Haven't posted in a very long while, been very busy at work the past 2 years, basically went from a 5"7 196lbs 18% to a 196lbs 25% in just a very short two years.

Started to dedicate a little more time on training again in June 2011 and introduced cardio to my workouts also in September. I would say I went back to 186lbs 20%.

Since November I also made an effort in fixing my diet as well, however due to circumstances I was also cheating 2 days a week also (Shame on me, I know I know).

Now the big question is I'm around 13 to 15% 170lbs (I do aim to bulk again after i manage to get down to around 8% first, lost alot of mass), currently running a bit of test and tren and just recently added clen to my stack. How much more in terms of percentage do you think I can get out of the next two weeks?

    My workout schedule is

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 1 hr weights training and 1 hr cardio
    Wednesday - 1 hr 15mins cardio
    Friday: 1 hr weights training.

Thanks alot guys, looking fit in my up coming trip will make it a little more memorable for the two of us.

Although one one cannot possibly come up with a precise answer to this question in terms of what your BF percentage would be in 2-3 weeks per se, I would advice you to cut back on the carbs as much as you can (you can even do zero carb days, which would be your non-traning days) and as quickly as you can in order to burn fat and loose water in order to attain a leaner & more shredded physique, you will be still retaining your muscle mass since you are cycling with strong compounds at the moment. You are seemingly doing plenty of cardio, so I do not see what a better advice would be, on my behalf at least.

Thanks alot TJ, yeah I think I'm just a little lost, because it's been quite a few years since I've even taken more efforts into the gym again, and your reassurance is keeping me strong, because week by week I see small changes to my body (which is good), I'm just a little worried that it wont be fast enough.

Well I started out without knowing how much time i would have had to dedicate myself to visiting the gym again this time, so I never really took a before pic, so this particular before pic is taken off the internet which I was in a similar state. and i have attached a low res now pic (sorry about the quality, crappy phone camera).

    Hi Standby,

Like I mentioned earlier, I never took a before pic, so i took it off the net with any person with a similar build of my "Before state".

honestly at this point, the harder u kill urself the better results ull see, 2 weeks out from a wedding if u wanna be as shredded as u can be, cardio 2 hours a day once in morning one before bed. lift weights in between. no carbs no fats. fish eggwhites chicken and ull look amazing in 2 weeks.

i was doing 2 hours of cardio a day plus an hour n half of lifting a day, still on a high carb/fat/protein diet just all my carbs and fats where from brown rice and fats from natural peanut butter, by the end of week 2 i had lost 18 pounds, thats without any anabolics or clen, imagine what u could do with anabolics clen and a hard diet.

How do you do 0 carb days and maintain energy? Ive been trying to just cut carbs out in the arvo lately but I seem to go hypo withing 4 hours of my last meal with carbs, protein/fat meals just dont seem to help. Any suggestions?

Due to my work schedule + I share a place / fridge with a bunch of people, basically I am only able to bring 1 meal with me to work per day.

with my current work out schedule, it means that the earliest i have my dinner is at 10pm, I only manage to get a shake in me at around 5:30pm

i take my carb (pasta) in the morning, and no carb from there, just proteins, veg and nuts / sometimes fish oils depending on my source of protein.

so 2 hours cardio is going to be nightmare for me, I know, excuses excuses.

Since i share a fridge, I can't buy like a lot of food to store it, and cos of my working schedule, i can't shop for food daily also. can only shop for food during weekends.
