i get the impression ur very young or immature, building a great body takes years and years. you dont need tren a to stay lean, just eat alot of clean food, eat alot of fish chicken buffalo and eggwhites as often as u can, some beef is good, stay away from pork. get ur carbs from brown rice sweet potato and oats and ull notice u grow very lean, white rice or potato is fine after workout. a huge part of staying lean while bulking is consuming ur carbs at the proper times, aswell as good fats, you can keep fats and carbs very low if ur eating them at the right time and ull still grow.
dont bother with fasted cardio, its not worth the muscle loss when u compare it to how much extra fat you loose, plus u put stress on ur system when you do it. which doesnt help the fat burning process..
tren will help you stay lean, but wont work magic if u dont got the basics down.
