I've seen deca in all different doses, 250mg is by no means out of the ordinary. And yes, 250mg is actually the minimum effective dosing that I use in a stack. How many cycles, if any, have you taken previously? What are your goals, and what are your stats (age, height, weight, body fat %)? Also, what do you plan to use in conjunction with this deca?
I am 42 years old, 5' 9", 176 lbs. w/ 10% body fat. I haven't touched gear in over 15 years and at that time, I had completed probably 5 cycles. Unfortunately over the years, I have managed to lose some of my hard-earned muscle and I am looking to gain a solid 10 - 15 lbs. I've always trained consistently throughout the years and am currently tweaking my diet for size. My first cycle will be a 10-week, tes-c cycle only with an AI during the cycle and follow up with pct. The deca will be used in a follow-up cycle stacked with sus. I am new to the ug portion of the game and was just a little skeptical of the dosing/product.

Most men do real with DECA at around 2mg per pound of bodyweight.
