Dealift:395
Squat: 345
Shoulder Press:185
free test: 596
Goals: Increase strength and retain lean muscle gains of 10 lbs.
Looking to start a first cycle, 12 wk run of Nova Labs supraTest 400 (200 eth/200cyp). Followed by Nolva for pct.
Plan on keeping my first cycle mild and running 1/2 cc once a week in the quad.
From what I've read, I can still expect to make good gains running a straight low dose for the first few cycles without frontloading, pyramiding, etc.
Opinions and Inputs appreciated.
