Ok, so I want to run 10 week cycle testE 500 mg. starting off 1x week but hopefully I can spilt it 2x weekly. Week 8 running -Nolva 40\40/20/20 and clomid week 10-12 40/20. Plan on having a Ai on hand. Plan on having 4000 - 5000 cals mostly protein veggies and select carbs. 1 big meal, protein,carbs & fruit in morning. Protein shake mid morning. Larger macro meal lunch. Protein @ 3. Work out 3-6. Protein & creatine @6. Dinner @8 small protein and lots of veggies. Go to bed and hope I can do it all over agian in the morning, Jk. Keeping pretty simple for my 1st time.
