    should i start HGH?

hello good community members. im saied and new here and i have a question for you guys. im 22 year old male 5-6 and 130 pounds. im extremly skinny and very thin with small bones(compared to most americans). my body looks like that of a 13-15 year old rather than a 22 year old man. my upper body is so small that makes my head look extremly big.( i have a big head but it doesnt help i have small upper body) . its extremley embarresing when you go to places and everyone calls you 13 year old.( if i shave my beard). recently at work i met a man whos really buff. he encouraged me to come to work with him at the gym and have signed up. he has been showing me how to work out and stuff but im still quite small(its been maybe a month and i dont expect fast results). he has always told me to stay away from steroid and stuff but recently he wants me to research about them after seeing how much difficulty i have had in the gym (and women). so my question you guys is this. could using hgh help me grow taller and wider. im not doing it to show off but rather catch up to the normal looking people club.
    thanks
ps. also if yes where could i get started. i dont have health insurance

You mention working out but don't mention diet, now you're gonna tell be your diet is good and you eat like a horse. Well that is bs, spend you time researching diet in relation to bodybuilding, work out your daily calorie needs (tdee calculator) then aim for 1000 calories over do some research on macro splits and research the right bodybuilding foods to construct you diet. Train hard, eat hard, sleep hard you will grow!!
Hgh and steroids are going to do nothing for you.

You can lift as many weights as you want, if your diet is not right, nothing will happen

i am 5'7 and fought at 125lb and under all through school. I know how it feels to be the skinny guy. I was in shape though as i was a power lifter.

You can gain easily through a proper diet. I ate my way to 143 ish in a pretty short time along with working out. You can too.
You don't need HGH at this time. You need to post up your diet and have it checked out, because i guarantee you are not eating to gain.

you guys are right. my diet has been poor from the start. i just never liked eating much. ever since i been working out my diet has been improved. i been eating much more now.(maybe 2 times more ) i eat protien shakes before and after i go to the gym. i go to the gym every other day. i have actually gained 5 more pounds ever since i started gym. could i grow my back and shoulder or are they stuck. my upper body is like a square and i would mind a little more seperation between my shoulder blades to get that 7 shape.

i dont know what the 7 shape is. But as you add more muscle you will get more shape to your body
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I presume the taper from your back/shoulders to your waist, never heard it refered to as 7 shape. Persist with training hard and get your diet and over time yes. Nothing comes easy or quickly even with steroids

5lbs of gains isn't anything to sneeze at, it's a quality gain.

BTW, protein shakes don't count as real food. In your case right now, I don't even think eating clean is necessary yet (it will be eventually). You just need to eat. So, I think you should sit down with a pen and paper and figure out what you want to eat for 5 meals a day every day next week and at what time. Then go to the store and buy it. Then post this diet on here after a few weeks and we can help you adjust it to a better diet.

I'm gonna help you out a little bit here. As the other guys have said HGH is not for you...you'll end up doing more harm than good. For now what you need to focus on is diet. So here's something to get you started. You still need to do some research, but I want to help you out and give you something to start with so I crunched some numbers for you.

I've calculated your TDEE at 2424 calories per day. So lets say to get some good gains you need to be eating 3500 calories per day.

Normally I would tell you to do a 40/40/20 split, but to be honest and think you need far more carbs than protein because 40% I think would be too much. I would recommend at 30/50/20 split. This means 30% of your calories come from protein, 50% from carbs, and 20% from fat. So you're breakdown per day would look something like this:

    262g of protein
    438g of carbs
    78g of fat.

If you're eating 6 meals a day this averages out at (shown below) per meal.
    44g of protein
    76g of carbs
    13g of fat

Do this and workout hard, and you will see gains. Now go put a diet together with good food sources and post it in the nutrition section and we can look over it and critique it.

You really need to research the vast array of healthy choices for bodybuilding, here are a few

Carbs, oats, sweet potato, whole grains brown rice, veggies
Fat oily fish. Avocado, nuts flax seeds and oil, olives
Protein fish, turkey chicken lean beef.
    Eat alot of salad
