What do you say??

I was not sure where to put this post, if its not in the right place let me know where I should post it.


I was sitting here reading all this stuff and doing research and thought "What do you say to sombody if they ask you are you taking Steroids?"

I have not really thought about that since i have been doing the work needed to line up a good fist cycle and PCT.

So, what do you tell people if asked? Do you lie? Do you just tell them "I am taking some new supps".

Friends I can deal with I can just tell them I am on a new plan.
Family is going to be the issue, I guess I will ask them "Do you want the truth?". And if they say yes I will tell them I am taking Test something I would get if test was low but in greater numbers. The wife is on board and just don't want me to freak out or hurt myself.

Nobody's business but your own. Just let them know you've changed your lifestyle a bit. Eating right, training, doing everything possible to make gains. People will believe what they want to believe so don't worry about it. Your dammed it you do and dammed if you don't when it comes to answering that question.

lol, agreed its here. my body has changed dramatically in a matter of about a lil less than 1 year total time. i have guys, and girls n my local gym and even wen I'm out in the street asking me what i did b/c my results are so nice. truth is, for the longest it was just diet, cardio, and training. then i cycled and put on mass and started to shape up. truth is if people can't tell your using steroids your doing them wrong, as stated in gixxers signature. its nobody business what you take or do, if i were you, i wouldnt have even tole my gf. nobody noes wat i do besides forum bros, my trainer, and myself. wen i get asked, i smile, and say alotta hard work and dedication. which in part is true. therefore no lie. and your ans there question, now if they beckon on and keep stressing AAS, ask em why you worried bout it?

I have had several people my age ask how old I am never have they come to any other conclusion other than spending hours in the gym so they know it's a boat load of hard work!!

I year ago I was a fat *ss with little muscle, so while my transformation has been huge, it hasn't resulted in my being a really big guy. I do get asked questions by people that haven't seen my for a while, but I seem convincing when I say hundreds of hours in the gym and three pounds of chicken a day.

Have fun with them. Tell them you took a vow of abstinence and your natural testosterone is just coming out your ears. Recommend they do the same. Tell them they would be amazed at the size they could acheive if they just abstained from sex and masturbation for 6 months.

Then watch them and laugh for the next 6 months. LOL

I haven't cycled yet but I have thought about this before and I think I would say " bro so cuz I look big and can lift heavy things you assume I'm on steroids? What about working hard in the gym and having discipline at the dinner table?" you are not lying to them I think that would baffle [I]Most[I] people.... That is even if you feel like answering them. And someone you don't know has alot of nerve to come ask you that any ways.
