lump in delt months after inject...

Hi i have done numerous cycles over the past 3 years my last cycle i injected into the delt and soon after it swole up and was extremely sore could not move my arm..i stuck it out with the help of pain killers and anti inflamatory medication..was most likely infected..anyway ever since have had a noticeable lump under the skin its not sore or anything but i just wonder what it is and if i am ok to inject for my next cycle?? any ideas?? this was nearly a year ago now..

if its not painful, but just won't go away, maybe it is just scar tissue from previous infection or previous abscess. the scar can be hard, painless but permanent.

you can still inject the same delt, but just have to avoid this lump, don't inject into it or through it.
