hey all, im Jeff from east tennessee. im 38/5'9/290. i played football for 12 years, weight trained for 6 years religiously, and power lifted for 3 of those years. looking to get back in better shape and wanting to get my weight back to around 200. i already use a food diary to keep track of calorie intake along with all related areas like carb/sodium/sugars/etc..... im in the gym at least 4 days a week for roughly 1-1.5 hours. right now the only supplement i take is whey protein, but im about to start cycling thermogenics in and a couple more. i have lots of questions, but ill will post them in the proper forum areas.
