    cardio on var only

    Hey guys I'm gonna be starting a var only cycle at 50 mg/d 6 weeks been working out on and off mostly on for 6 years, done a few PH cycles before but never the real deal I'm 5'9" 180 lbs probably around 15% bf right now and was wondering if while on the var will I get muscle cramps and calf/back pumps like i got on the PH? I want to do some running to suppliment overall body strength lifts and i remember i couldnt even do a full mile on that other stuff before my calves got so tight i couldnt walk.

    ohh the ph i was on was Mdrol- a superdrol clone incase youre interested.

    ohh and ill be doing clomid 4 weeks as pct

    then you won't like var at all...

    you might get away with it at a lower dose 50mg.. but what's the point??

    I am on 80mg of var a day for 4 weeks as kind of an experiment to see what an oral cycle will do to my body and to see how much I can keep post cycle (I have done 3 cycle before this one). So far (1 weeks in) I am up only about 1lb but it seems to be solid! strength is up a very slight amount...lifting the same weight I was before but I was able to get an extra couple reps out this week pretty easy! so nothing to dramatic but what I do notice the most is the insane pumps and vascularity! my arms look like road maps most of the day and when in the gym the pumps are intense! worked calves and it hurt! was a little to intense.

    So far I would give my experience a 6/10...Im not to impressed but still content as Im making decent gains in the gym. By week 4 this could change once the var kicks in a bit more.

    Var kicks in right away, you wont see results unless you have a fairly low bf%, i tried var and love.it at 30mg a day, for 6 weeks i dropped bf while tightening muscle fibers all around my body....i suggest you stick with it, be very strick with your diet and work out like an animal.     Var does "kick in" right away due to its short half life but from experience and from what other have posted you wont feel the full effect until around 7-14 days in...for what ever reason it takes time to get going but from what I read the strength gains are great going into the second week. I didnt notice anything until about day 4 when my veins would pop like crazy! now on day 7 Im noticing my muscle feel really hard especially my chest...Im taking a couple days off from the gym so on thur we will see if the strength is up.

    IMO the reason for the long "kick in" period is that it does not aromatize like dbol so you dont get the water retention and large amounts of fluid in your muscle...with dbol it is not un common to put on 5lbs of water weight in the first week which leads to faster strength gains (more fluid held in the muscle), with anavar 95% of what you gain will be solid muscle so it take time to feel the effect...you might only gain 4-5lbs in a month but if that is all muscle those are solid gains! imagine putting 4, 8oz steaks all over your body lol that basically what 5lbs of muscle would look like.

    I would also up your dose to atleast 60mg a day...seems to be the sweet spot for most men. 80-100mg seems to be standard if you want to put on anything substantial (5 plus pounds).
