Whats Up Everyone? Mmmmm...Where to start...I'm 33 yrs old male, and i have been involved with sports and training since I was in High school. I feel that I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to lifting, but i am not an expert by any means. I am about to start a cycle and looking to get as much information about the subject as I can, Which is the reason for me joining. I have actually been snooping around on here for about a week and decided this is the perfect place for me. Everyone ones seems very helpful and full of useful information.
