    sup im new and need some help

    Ok so a little bout my self I'm almost 22 I'm 6' 255 out of shape going to start working out hard again I was just wondering what would an good diet be for me to lose some weight and gain some muscle I'm kinda confuse of the whole diet and eating any advice would help regards nathen

    Hit the diet section bro.Post your diet w/macros tell them wat you want to do they will be glad to help.They are all top shelve guys there.

    That's the point I got no diet at the moment and I I'm still confuse on the macros part

    I was to macros are cals carbs protein and fat content on something like a chicken breast.Get a Nutritition almanac has all that in it.

    Welcome! Try starting with learning about your BMR which is your basal metabolic rate, which is how fast you metabolize... Im pretty new but that's where I started, and after loads of reading, I'm beginning to understand and adjust my eating habits based on my goals
