    How much will I keep?

    I am 5'10" started at 183Lbs. and under 15%Bf. . . . I am running through week 3 of my 1st ever test enan only cycle. I weighed in at 199 yesterday morning. I am planning to run a 10-12 week cycle(originally planning a 8-10) by week 12 or so, I should be around what? 220+ I would say. . . .

I will want to go on a cut about 2 months after PCT.

How can I keep as most as possible?

I want to get to 10% BF, that's fair if I can to like 195 or so and be at 10%Bf. . . .

No that is not an accurate asssumption

Everything you are holding now is water, you still need to put on 20lbs of LBM and keep all of it through PCT, this will not happen I.M.O

I would be happy to end up at 195lbs post PCT if I kept my b/f the same or slightly lower, that would be 12lbs of LBM which is still optimistic

I am staying on diet hard now. I would post it, but it is solid. Oats, red meat, fish and more oats. No BS in the middle at all.

I would be extremely happy with a LBM of 12Lbs.

That means I will be close to 190 still being under 10% Bf.

What else can I do to keep as much as possible? Eat, workout as hard close to being on, what else?

I'm considering another cycle. . . A bit later on.

a solid pct along with solid diet and training should help you retain some gains.. but u will still lose.. its inevitible.. if that was the case everyone would just do 1 cycle and thats it

I haven't done a cycle yet, but I've researched for years. What I've found out is that if you are already very near your genetic potential, you will invariably shrink down to that size, or very close to it, post-cycle. Now if you would have been able to put on another 10 lbs naturally, you could keep some of your gains. It's simple logic man. Once you stop putting whatever made you big in the first place in your body, your body will revert to its original size.

Makes sense, maybe it will be a benefit for me. I don't think I'm maxed out. Just this diet has to be aiding my current growth. I never ate this much off cycle.
