So I'm 18 and been lifting since I was a freshman in high school. I'm damn strict with my routines and my diet for the most part. I gave up drinking and other stupid things to better focus on training. At the moment I'm doing a 6 day routine, 3 of which are conditioning days and the other 3 are full body workouts. I normally did body splits but I decided to change it up. Some stats:
Weight: 205lbs
Height: 6 foot 2.5 inches
Best Deadlift: 545lbs (with belt)
Best Squat: 480lbs (with knee wraps and belt)
Best Bench press: 290lbs
Pull Ups: +60lbs for 5 reps
Dips: +100lbs for 5 reps
Clean and Jerk: 275lbs
This summer I am seriously considering starting a cycle. I know, I know, 18 years old is too young etc! But I honestly feel I've been training my ass off and eating properly and been doing damn well and have enough experience under my belt to try a simple one. I have done lots of research but I know it's no where near enough so that's why i'm starting up on this board. Any advice, comments, etc? Look forward to being on the board.
