Spend less time doubting yourself and asking questions you already know the answer to but would like to hear an easier option from someone to excuse some laziness. All or nothing IMO,
You are still aloud a life though bro, have your cheat days once or twice a month. Don't worry about the gains you may or may not get on those days, you still need to stay mentally strong. We all need a break from the some what boring food we put in our mouths all day.
Regarding your thread earlier, go out once a week on the weekends with mates... Big deal, stay off the alcohol, try make sure you've already got ur cals in for the day, you have a late one and wake up late the next day.... So what, get up and begin your normal daily regime. No big deal man doing that once or twice a month either even more if it's not preventing you from your gym commitments.
I no longer drink but my old favorite for not drinking was either I'm on a 3 month detox or I'm on antibiotics, I used to be a heavy drinker now you'd really have to twist my arm to drink once or twice a year, and I thought I could never live or socialize without it
