Letrozole won't help with water retention caused by HGH, if your sides are unbearable back the dose off a little bit and work your way back up.

Also, drinking a lot of water, keeping your potassium high, and not over eating salt will help with water retention.

Thanks very much, started drinking 1 gallon today and it is tremendous difference. I'm selcf employed and I tend to get caught up in my construction work. Therefore not remembering to take care of myself!

HGH holds some water for me but not so much that I get nervous about it. Are you sure that it's the HGH and not something else? Are you taking in too much sodium? You taking creatine? That will hold water. Are you taking Deca or some other AAS that will retain water?
