Funny how walking, jogging, biking can all get you a little sore. But doing the plow hits you in spots you could never anticipate 2 days later... Maybe add a morning fasted plow session with some BCAA's in there. Seriously though it all depends on what you are trying to achieve. I would assume losing fat and keeping muscle is your goal? If you are feeding the fire with the right fuel, a little more cardio would surely help.

Reminds me of a business idea I once had. A workout video call "Aerobic Masterbation. Lose Weight the Fun Way". I worked out all the moves, Jumpin Jacks, Over the Horn, Jack Be Nimble, etc.. but didn't really feel like finding an actor or doing the filming.
