    tired of being small

    Hi my name is Joe. I'm 35 and I'm 135 lbs and 5'5". Im looking for size and was wondering what would work for me. Thanks

    Although you meet what most would consider a age requirement,(Steroids are never recommended to those under 25) you should make sure you have exhausted all other efforts to become bigger. Eat more calories, increase protein intake, and exercise with weights. If you cant see a increase in size though those methods, then steroids are only a temporary solution, because you will need to learn to gain weight through diet, if you want to keep any muscle gains.

    Once you have done this, just a basic testosterone cycle is what is recommended for beginners. Also if you decide to run any other steroid testosterone is always recommended to run with those steroids.

    Read the up on the steroid profiles, and learn. Also make sure you fully understand the risk and Post Cycle therapy associated with steroids.
