Ok so.currently.my macros are.40/30/30. my tdee is roughly 3500 as of yesterday. Im 265lbs and am taking in 2800cal per day. Since im eating fairly low carbs would a higher carb day once a week benefit me at all? ive been doing it on sundays where i still eat at a deficit but eat roughly twice the carbs. It seems to be helping.w my.cravings and hunger and since ive beem.doing it i havent had an all out cheat meal in over a month.
