    questiom on my macros

    Ok so.currently.my macros are.40/30/30. my tdee is roughly 3500 as of yesterday. Im 265lbs and am taking in 2800cal per day. Since im eating fairly low carbs would a higher carb day once a week benefit me at all? ive been doing it on sundays where i still eat at a deficit but eat roughly twice the carbs. It seems to be helping.w my.cravings and hunger and since ive beem.doing it i havent had an all out cheat meal in over a month.

    It definitely wont hurt. If its helping you stay on your diet all week, I say continue it. At 30% carbs, I wouldnt say your near ketosis. But its always good to have a cheat meal once a week or so just to help the metabolism recover.

    Ok thanks. Yes, i wouldnt say im any where near ketosis, but my carb intake is right at 200g which is fairly low.

    The whole.cheat meal thing..... Are you saying cheat but stay in my deficit? Just eat a bunch of whatever for one meal and not pay attention? Eat a surplus of.clean caliries? Or just lower my fats and up carbs and stay right at 2800-3000cal? this where im a little confused

    If your continuing to lose weight (fat) at a consistent pace then I would stick with the diet, but when weight lose slows down, that's when u need to mix in a cheat meal or two.
