    Help with gaining diet?

I was looking to go on a cycle, but a few board members have directed me here instead. As from my previous post..

    Hey everyone, rookie here.

To start off, I am 24 years old, 6'2", around 180lbs, with a body fat of probably 11-12% (Correct me if I'm wrong). I have been training since I was about 15 years old (for hockey). I have recently, about 8 months ago, started training with CrossFit and really enjoy it. However, after completing my degree I have decided that I want to go into firefighting/emergency response. I've always been rather tall and gangly, so I am looking to put on a bit of mass and obviously trim up. I'm not looking to get huge, but some added weight would be nice on my frame. I am training to be in great shape for physical testing and career needs, and to look good.

My diet has fallen off the wagon this past week, but before that and starting soon I will be back on a Paleo-esque diet . Basically no sugar, no carbs from wheats/pasta. Little dairy. As I'm sure most of you know, the diet essentially consists of meat, vegetables, some fruit, and nuts. My average day would look like this:

B: 4 eggs scrambled with either 1/2 or a full can of tuna
Snack: Lara bar and a smoothie (Coconut milk, fruits, spinach, whey protein , greens plus)
L: Most of a rotissirie chicken with a balsamic vinegar salad
Snack: Mixed nuts (Almonds, walnuts, cranberries, etc... I make the bag myself from bulk, not pre-bought mixed) and possibly protein shake.
D: Steak, some form of meat, with asparagus, sweet potato.
    Snack before bed: Protein shake

Obviously I don't want to gain that much fat, so any help from anyone?

    First up, interesting user name!

Secondly, I'd have you higher than 11-12% by a couple of points maybe more. Not a great picture to tell.

Why this diet, what or who has led you there?

    You should read the stickies

    TDEE
So you wanna learn how to diet
    How to bulk

Your diet above is gonna do nothing for muscle gain, you are going to have to have a rethink.

Once you have read said stickies, post up something new, including macro's and we'll help you out.
