    Newbie here ;)

    Hello to all,

I'm 21 years old I'm 5ft 8" I weigh 166 pounds. I've been training for 2 years my training was always good but my diet wasn't. I've got my diet in check now. My bf is 15.5% would like to get it down to 7-9%. I've just started my first cycle of test enanthate 250. I'm doing 500mg ew. I have anidrol 50 to kick start the cycle. For pct I have nolva and clomid. I don't really want my bf to go up. A question I have is will it go up on this cycle ? Any advise or Tips would be greatly appreciated. I plan to log my progress as I go. I have my second shot today so it's still early days. I'm taking in about 4000 calories a day is this sufficient ? In that diet there is 240 grams of protien.

Thanks for your help. Look forward to chatting to you all. Great site.

Welcome. You're still a bit young to be using AAS. You're taking a chance of permanently damaging your endocrine system and you can still make great gains naturally w/correct dieting and training.

I was going to run clomid eod with the cycle to stop the shut down of natural production. Should this combat the problem with the endocrine system as test is the only hormone I'm effecting. I did have good gains naturally this time last year I was 140 pounds ( some being fat). But I find I'm at a platue. I've changed my diet and training and still to no result. So I wanted to go down this road. I don't think that this is magic and going to make me big I know it's hard work but I feel it will help. I don't claim to know everything but o have done alot of research before I decided to jump on the band wagon.

    Thanks for the reply guys

Using clomid is still messing with your hormones before your endocrine system has fully developed.

What age should your endocrine system be fully developed? I've started the cycle already I would like to see the cycle out. It's a definite that it will effect my endocrine system ? Thanks for the reply and info.
