Cytosport Monster milk or muscle milk are my faves because they've got a great chain of protien if you add soy then you've got it all
Vitamin Shop has a pure protein isolate for around $10/lb
SEI Max Protein is by far the best I have tatsed!!!
Myofusion..........
Iso protein
Myofusion aswell, syntha 6 by BSN is really good too but pricey!
Soy increases estrogen in the body does it not?Originally Posted by IRISH 425
Species Nutrition Isolyze has the best profile of any powder out there. It's also one of the most expensive, but tastes amazing.
I buy 10# of Dymatize Whey Isolate for $73 shipped. The best value I've found (profile vs. price).
Yep, sent!
Oatmeal can you pm me a link
Myofusion strawberrys and cream!!!
So lets say money is not an issue nor is taste.. whats the best out there to gain muscle and
cut fat.
As I said before, the one with the BEST profile I've seen is Species Nutrition Isolyze. It is also one of the most expensive.

Basically, look at the grams of protein in a product serving, then look at the total grams in a serving. The difference is filler.
Then look at WHAT that filler is - fat, carbs, sugar, etc.
Link sent.
I quoted it as free shipping, but on the site it says $6. I'm pretty sure though that they run free shipping specials, etc. Still at $7.50 or less per pound, I think it's tough to beat their deal on Dymatize.
I will post the link here publicly, if it's allowed??
Check out myofusions profile. Haven't found better personally.Originally Posted by manonfire

Dunno, I think they just refine the hell out of it, and don't add a lot of other B.S.
I think I will switch to Myo fusion
try Whey protein from NOW products, they are a company that makes nutrition supplements based on natural ingredients, I am taking it now, with great muscle results and less fat, hope it works for you, good luck man.
matrix
