Hey every body,

before i start i want to tell u am 31 years old i have been using stuff in 2003 deca n Test depot 250 n Sustanon 250, due to less knowledge i did't used PCT or any thing i hardly used this stuff for 6 weeks.i gained allot and then i quit working out and stop INJ. now i want to start again please help me.

You should live the lifestyle not just make it another failure. Some people are not suited to cycling as they look for a shortcut, lose interest and all they have done is damaged themselves. If you are willing to be in a bodybuilding lifestyle and not just to look good for summer, spend the next 2 years living and breathing it. Get you diet and training up to scratch-you're in the right place for that. You might find you don't need to cycle to meet your goals. Welcome and be prepared to read a lot.

you are right i was looking for shortcut and then i lost interest and focus as well. but now am serious about it i want to kick it again am ready for it please help with the cycle. should i use winsrtol aswell with deca n test E

If you are serious you would wait. If you can't wait, don't kid yourself, it is just a shortcut. Don't underestimate the importance of a proper diet. I have many people that I have set up on proper diets get accused of gear by their friends. Someone with dedication and spot on diet will be superior to anyone with gear and a half arsed diet all the time.

ok thanx for + advice u r right i think i need 6 more months to find out am i really serious if i am then iwll think about it. thanx again for ur help.
by the way in usa stuff is very expensive i was in pakistan at that time test deopt n deca worth only 1.56 $ each and that stuff was woooowwww super good.
