    Please help, new to this

    I am 6 4 and 190 pounds. I worked out 7 days a week for 4 months and I did not see any results. Can someone tell me what product I should use for fast results? Currently I work out 3 days a week with no specific diet. Please help!

    try eating more food. 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20 % fats (good fats only) 7 small meals a day, 500cals each.

    4 days in the gym per week for 1 hr maximum.

    compound excersices. you gain muscle in the kitchen and in bed when asleep.
