I'm 3 and a half weeks into my first cycle ever as of today april 17th.
The plan is/was according to all the best info i got from the main site and the forms.
week 1-12 400mg Test enth/week
week 1-4 20 Mg Dbol ED
week 8-12 50 mg Windstrol ED
week 3-12 250iu HCG 2 times/week with 20mg Nolvadex Daily
Then PCT
4 Weeks Clomid 100mg ed (lowering down to 50mg ed after first week), Nolva 20mg ed, Armidex .25 mg ed
Ok... So,
I did gain 25 freaking pounds already. I know it seems like too much but its seeming like at least half water retention. I also started creitine at the same time and changed my diet up too so those 2 factors play a roll as well.
Weight gains and water retention fine. But honestly not seeing much in the lines of strength gains. Just very minor, stable strength increases, slowly. Nothing amazing, feel no more energy or aggression at all. Also zero other side effects. This isn't what i thought going on steroids would be like.
-i've already uped the dose to 40 mg dbol per day.
-I'm thinking maybe i will up the dose of test enth to at least 500mg/ week
-I've picked up some Proviron, thinking i will throw in 125 mg per day once i'm off the dbol
The idea was eat like a mad man for the first 2 months, Bulk up, Then hit the windstrol and tighten up the diet to about 10% below my TDEE for the last month or so and cut up toward the end.

212 pounds, probably 15% bf or so
very physically weak, worked out off and on since i was 18 years old (but have been out of shape recently)
My diet is now 300-400 grams of protein per day, 250 to 300 grams of carbs per day and about 100 to 120 grams of fats per day.
Not the cleanest eating because i'm bulking, but not too shabby, eating mostly chicken breasts with various sauces, white rice, brown bread, full eggs, once weekly fast food, peanuts, peanut butter, protein shakes, lots of fruit, musli cereal, etc
My TDEE is 3750 so i eat exactly that on off days and about 4000 or so calories on workout days.
I'm working out every second day. Repeating each muscle every 4 days. So i basically only have 2 workout days.
Day one chest, tri's, shoulders,
day 2 off,
day 3 biceps, back,
day 4 off
and repeat.
I do 12 sets for each muscle (ends up being about 5 hours a week in the gym)
I run 2 or 3 days per week so i don't do legs. Abs i do every second day just around the house.
My workout schedule is a little unorthodox i know, but i feel like a standard 5 day split waiting a full week between each muscle group is just too long and not nesicary as after 3 days i feel fully recovered.
I am making small progress either with reps or weight every workout. Just nothing amazing like i was hoping for.
I'm hoping adding proviron will help me with some more dramatic strength gains and solve the small water retention thing. I herd it really compliments a test cycle well.
I was wonding, since proviron is supposed to be so mild on the liver and actually helps keep estrogen levels down then perhaps i won't need the windstrol towards the end. Also I'm not even going to start with the HCG or the Nolva during cycle unless i see the boys down below are in need.
Maybe the test will start kicking in to a point where its actually noticeable soon. Who knows. I'll keep u all up to date.
I was also thinking, Maybe stepping up the dose of test mid cycle is frowned upon?? Not sure,
Any input would be well received.
